Discover the joy of hip-hop in a welcoming, supportive environment! This beginner-friendly class introduces foundational hip-hop moves, rhythm, musicality and choreography while helping you build confidence and develop your own style.
Whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or returning after years away, Elease creates a fun, encouraging space where you can learn, express yourself, and enjoy moving to the music.
No previous dance experience necessary. Adults of all ages and backgrounds are welcome!

Rooted in Hip-Hop and Jazz Funk, this class brings together a mix of dance styles and influences to create fun, expressive and dynamic choreography. From funky grooves to high-energy combinations, expect great music, challenging choreography and plenty of opportunities to let loose and have fun!
